1.Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Altai AI website and applications (the “Service”) operated by Wargora Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who thereby agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2.The Service

Altai AI provides AI-powered photo and video transformation tools built around a curated, hand-reviewed template library. You select from the available transformation templates and provide the inputs each one asks for. The Service is provided on a prepaid credits basis: you purchase credits or a subscription, and each generation consumes credits according to the plan, template, and feature used.

3.Acceptable Use Policy — Prohibited Content

The following restrictions apply to every input and output on the Service — including your photos, clips, and template selections. They exist to keep the platform safe and lawful, and they are strictly enforced.

a. Adult (NSFW) and sexual content — strictly prohibited

You may not use the Service to generate, request, or attempt to generate NSFW (“not safe for work”), adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit images or videos — of any person, real or fictional, including of yourself. This includes, without limitation: nudity or partial nudity; sexual acts or simulated sexual acts; fetish, bondage or erotic content; sexualized depictions of characters; and any attempt to bypass these restrictions through rephrasing, other languages, or by instructing the model to ignore its safety rules. There are no exceptions to this rule, and automated rephrasing or rewriting tools may not be used to circumvent it.

b. Minors — zero tolerance

Any attempt to generate sexual, nude, or sexualized content involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account. We preserve relevant records and report such activity to law enforcement and the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

c. Illegal content

You may not use the Service to create content that violates any applicable law, including content depicting drugs, weapons, fraud, phishing, money laundering, terrorism, or any other criminal activity.

d. Real people and non-consensual imagery

You may not generate defamatory, harassing, misleading, or sexual imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent. This explicitly includes deepfakes, face swaps, and any other technique used to impersonate a real person or put words, actions, or expressions in their mouth; celebrity deepfakes; political disinformation; and non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind. Uploading a photo of another person is your declaration that you have the right to use it.

e. Violence, hate, and harassment

You may not generate gratuitous violence or gore, hateful imagery or symbols targeting protected groups, discriminatory caricatures, or content intended to harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate any person.

f. Intellectual property

You may not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property of third parties, including generating content that reproduces protected characters, logos, or artwork in a way that is not permitted by law.

g. Platform integrity

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service; bypass credit metering, authentication, or content moderation; resell access; or assist others in doing any of the above.

4.Content Moderation and Enforcement

Every input is screened before generation. We integrate automated content moderation into all image and video generation endpoints, and every template is reviewed by our team before it is published. Inputs are checked against the Acceptable Use Policy above before any model is called or credits are consumed.

If an input is classified as prohibited, the generation is blocked. Blocked generations do not consume credits. Depending on severity, we may warn you, suspend, or permanently terminate your account, and you forfeit any right to a refund for credits purchased in violation of these Terms. We cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement in investigations of abuse.

5.Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

Credits are prepaid and consumed by usage. Payments on this website are processed by our merchant of record, currently Paddle (paddle.com); we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and is described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Except where required by applicable law, as stated in section 4, or as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, purchased credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

6.Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process Your Content solely to operate, provide, and secure the Service, including running the generation models and the content moderation described in section 4. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required for safety records or law.

You are solely responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for ensuring it complies with these Terms.

7.AI-Generated Output

Output images and videos are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, flawed, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee any particular result and make no warranty about the availability, originality, or legal status (including copyright status) of generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using anything you create or publish with the Service.

8.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, for risk or fraud concerns, or as required by our service providers or the law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

9.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wargora Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi and its suppliers, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12.Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
